BLUE MUSSELS
MYTILUS EDULIS

We receive daily mussels from fishermen and aquafarmers. Bottom mussels living mussels
in beds at the bottom of the Limfjord and are very tasty.

OYSTER
OSTREA EDULIS

Danish Limfjord oysters is considered today to be the best of all oyster deposits. It is characterized by its round, flat shape and its high quality.

LOBSTER
HOMARUS GAMMARUS

Danish lobster, black lobster, is characterized by high vitality and survival ability. Lobsters landed fresh each day and are in sizes from 350-1500 grams.
